Improvements to the Delta M CRM:
 
  • Added optional ability to display the name of the queue on which the call was made from DeltaTellBox to the special insert Full work history. The queue code that will be passed to the openByCall point in the DialQueue parameter and the queue name must be created in the Telephony Queues dictionary to display the information in the Full Work History correctly.
  • Added optional ability to display unfilled fields in entity cards in view mode
  • Added possibility to remove restrictions on the number of characters in SMS template when creating it if you set the corresponding parameter to 0, which means No restrictions. Now when creating a new template or group the system will automatically set 0 by default
  • Added sorting of templates by name in the SMS and Email sending window from under the entity card or mass sending via search results.
  • Optimized robotics mechanism of the system when working with the functionality of scenarios with a large number of question and answer branches
  • Added ability to copy attached contact information from the Full Work History in a client/transaction card

Improvements to the Delta M CRM:
 
  • Added the ability to restrict access to work with client cards by their type at the Role level
  • Added the ability to call the Strategy by client entity with the functionality in the Events - Other - "Date change" or "Start of robot - Work schedule" block for all clients. Also added optional checkbox "Call strategy on all clients on schedule and on date change", when set, the strategy located in all projects will be called on all clients of the system, regardless of the presence of transactions in these clients. 
  • Added possibility at the role level to set a mask for the phone number, which will be applied to the display in the following system functionalities: Phone fields in entity maps / copying of phone from phone fields will take place only with the set mask; Phones when adding action; Phone in adding action on incoming call; Phone in incoming call window; Phone in call recording tab; Phones in entity search results; Phones in full work history in filters - All manual, SMS, IVM, Outbaund; Phone selection when calling              
  • Added user information about SMS/Email duplicates when manually sending SMS/Email from an entity sub-map if the "Search for duplicates for the last time" option is set in the SMS/Email template. When sending an SMS/Email from an entity card that the system detects as a duplicate for the set time that was set in this parameter in the template settings, the user will receive a notification with the name of the template and that this sending is a duplicate. This attempt to send is not forwarded to the provider      
  • Added possibility of multi-level grouping of payments on the Payments special box in the transaction card. Grouping parameters can be set at the Project or its group level using the selected parameters and the specified grouping in the context of each parameter |A-Z; Z-A.
  • Added optional possibility to change the view of the Linked Data special insert by checking the "Display linked data as cards" checkbox. The view of the special insert is changed to a view similar to that of the Provision special insert. In the General settings it is possible to set the list and order of displayed fields with the choice of capitalized fields and additional separators
  • Added the ability at the role level to give access to a selected list of tasks that the user of this role will use in the future when working with entity cards
  • Added the ability to make changes to the comment to an already assigned task via the task organizer or via the Tasks special insert in the entity cards via the context menu, provided that the user has access to this context menu.
  • Added new variables for selection, "Stage Change Date" and "Status Change Date", to the forums in the Calculation Fields functionality and the Strategies functionality when building formulas in the Conditions and Actions blocks for the Client/Transaction/Security entities    
  • Added functionality when combining clients or their transactions, the system will also combine their documents from the Documents special box  
  • The mechanism of transferring the format of date data type variables through the IV functionality according to the "Default Language" set in the general settings has been finalized     
  • The mechanism of the checkbox "Mandatory action on incoming call" has been finalized, if it is set, the user will not only be obliged to add an action on incoming call, but also prohibited to close the action window without adding it.
  • Added optional ability to output the entity name in the special insert Full work history in the Entity name column
  • Added ability to verify field changes from under the entity card in fields for which change verification is configured
  • Added possibility at the field level to set a list of values that will be ignored and do not need verification confirmation if these fields were selected for verification of changes at the level of project entity, client, collateral.
  • Added possibility to add formed documents to the document package as attachments, which were previously formed manually or automatically by the user. Only those documents that have the "Attach a copy of the letter to the card" checkbox set in the template settings and were automatically added to the special attachment Documents in entity cards after generation are taken into account.
